I bumped my Ford Fusion into a snow bank and it cracked my bumper cover which left it hanging down a bit in front. European Auto Care put it back into place and it looks like it never even happened and for an amazingly reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work and will be going back because I have a couple of other spots I would like them to look at. Great service and great work at a great price. I highly recommend European Auto Care.
Dropped car off to fix some rust which is a common rust spot for my vehicle model it seems. It was fixed to OEM quality to the point where you could not tell there was rust in the past!
TL;DR - If you have the option to choose your own body shop, I highly recommend Sung Lim and his team at European Auto Care. When my car was hit in the summer of 2022, I was left with little to no options for body repair and estimates because of countless claims being processed by the major body shops due to the summer storm. The earliest availability I had found was 3-4 weeks out. I saw the reviews for this store and took my car there. Sung gave me an estimate the same afternoon and walked me through everything that would be done. It sounded very thorough and more than what I would have expected so I went through with the repairs there. The photos should speak for themselves but Sung and his team did a phenomenal job of doing the repair, blending the paint and went above and beyond to make the car look better than ever. Despite not needing it, he did a full alignment, wheel repair, full bumper repair and paint and a full door paint even though only the fender and a section of the bumper needed repairs. I'm very impressed and pleased with the prompt and high quality repair there and will definitely return.
Wow - 5 star for the finished bodywork. Bonus 5 stars for caring about my car, rejecting insurance recommended parts, advocating for me with the adjuster and giving me the best rebuild possible. I can't see any evidence in full sunlight that there was work done on this SUV. Sung's standard is far higher than any other body shop I have used in 25 years and 6 cars. Thank you Sung - incredible job!
We had the pleasure dealing with Sung at European Auto Care. What a wonderful experience. There estimate was very competitive compared to other body shops in the area. They had the truck bed panel painted and returned to us in two days. We highly recommend European Auto Care!
