Too much attitude. No rental car ready. I have a job as well and don’t cater to your schedule. I’m a paying customer. Always argumentative. D-for-Done. TD Claims Advisor recommended these people over their own TD Auto Centre! Laughable. Now I’m curious as to why TD themselves would recommend an independent repair centre over their own purpose-built facility?!
Kayla greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and professional. Junaid took the time to come and personally see what I needed and was able to have it looked at and repaired immediately.
