Climate Works came to my house within 3 hours after I called them when the A/C on my heat pump stopped working. It was a crazy hot day so I was incredibly grateful for their prompt service. They were in and out of here in an hour and fixed my issue very quickly. It is so nice to have A/C again. Installation was great last year. Just had a service call that went very smoothly and was covered by my warranty. Used their AI chatbot to contact them on their website and got a callback to set up the service first thing in the morning. Very happy 😊
Don’t look anywhere else. Use climate works for my bi-annual maintenance and any urgent issues. Had an issue with my A/C and they arrived promptly, assessed the issue and made the fix. I’ve worked with other companies that were more interested in selling me a new unit than repairing my current.
