I highly recommend this company!! What started as a clogged kitchen sink quickly turned into a nightmare when we discovered there were much bigger issues with our plumbing. Our plumber, Bahha, was phenomenal — transparent, patient, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be repaired, and our options along the way. You could genuinely tell that he was trying to do the job properly while also keeping our costs as reasonable as possible. Everything is now repaired and working better than before, and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. The customer service was also excellent — efficient, responsive and helpful from my very first call. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I called for help for an evening service as I could not unclog my kitchen sink. And I needed a new piece of piping replaced the following day. Bahha was very punctual on both occasions. He explained everything as he worked and was very amicable and professional. Even though calling a plumber is expensive, it had to be done, and for that, I am thankful.
