Great service. When I called, they were ready to send someone the very next day. Frank showed up and went through his diagnostics for a leaking shower. He looked behind the faucet to determine the leak was not behind the wall which was good news. He caulked up any suspect areas before leaving. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Bertrand gave me a follow up call right away and gave some more suggestions to isolate the problem. I eventually found the issue to be cracked grout due to the building shifting. Bertrand was courteous and helpful through out the process. They gave their fees upfront so there were no surprises. Well worth it to get expert opinions instead of needlessly ripping open walls to find a leak.
If you’re looking for a local company for any heating and cooling services, I highly recommend Bertrand Plumbing and Heating Inc. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Their service levels are very high and I always get a quick turnaround when I call for service. They will take the time to explain everything regarding your installation, your repair, or your maintenance. I recommend 2 technicians from there and they were both excellent. So ask for Brad or Colin Robertson! Excellent staff. Excellent service and very competitively priced.
I needed 2 separate service calls. The technicians arrived promptly, they were professional, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Cost was reasonable and the appointment booking process was quick and easy! Great company to turn to when your kitchen sink is leaking and your AC unit decided to work intermittently! Calling the service office is always easy and efficient, with appointments scheduled at times that fit my needs. Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and quickly identified a leak in one of our toilets while also testing our sump pump for a potential replacement. Shout out to our technician Brad and his co-op assistant. Brad quickly diagnosed 2 issues over a couple visits with our HVAC and Jerrod was able to quickly order the parts we agreed too. Brad did a great job and was very polite and professional. Thanks to all, to house is cool again.
