Service done by Owen and Matt was efficient and quick, with no compromise to quality. Our toilet was working well right after. Plus, the washroom was clean and tidy after the work was done. They also gave tips on how to properly maintain the flush system, as well as how to deal with clogs effectively. Awesome team!
The guys were awesome very knowledgable and personable explained everything in the detail and show me everything that they did with the camera and gave me a play-by-play through the whole repair and the drain pipe that they clean was like night and day. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend John the plumber. My house was built in 1962 and I had to have many plumbing repairs And I always call John the plumber because of the great service
Well if we could give him more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Our plumber Crispin did an amazing job replacing our kitchen sink and pipes beneath it which now no longer leak. He is very knowledgeable and professional and WE would highly recommend him. Wonderful young man with a great sense of humor. John The Plumber did not disappoint would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again for everything
Aaron was very punctual, so we didn't have long-term wait for the service call -- much appreciated. Throughout his time fixing our kitchen tap leak, Aaron was courteous and explained what was being done to fix the problem, which was much appreciated. Respectful and professional from start to finish, we appreciated Aaron's thorough approach to making our plumbing right again. Thanks John the Plumber!
Conner did a great job at our house. Was quick taking care of the work we needed done. No mess was left & he was on his way with a big Thank You & my appreciation of the three jobs well done. B&S Kanata On.
