Eric was fantastic! He was professional, punctual, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything clearly, and left the area clean and tidy. We took a chance and chose the a plumbing company called "John The Plumber" based on the reviews we read on line. We called and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman yesterday who booked us for an appointment this morning to put in new sink plumbing and tapsinour main bathroom.
A young fellow named Vaughan arrived right on time. He was very friendly, he even took his work boots off as soon as entering our home (this impressed us). He gave us an estimate before he started the job. We were very pleased with it. He then made sure we had what he needed for the job and then went to HD to get the missing parts. On his return he had everything put together in the blink of an eye. He did an amazing job keeping the work space clean and DRY. The job was done better than we expected (based on other plumbers we have worked with). Vaughan is a very knowledgeable young man and a definite asset to "John The Plumber's team". We will definitely be giving out the company's name to our friends and family and recommending they ask for Vaughan.

Connor arrived on time. He assessed the problem right away and showed me the replacement part and pricing. During the repair he discovered a second leak and replaced that section of the pipe as well. He cleaned up his work space and everything is working perfect now.

I give honest and genuine reviews so here goes. The service was great. Easy to arrange. The technician was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was first class. The price was higher than expected. Not trying to sound unappreciated of the quality of work it remains a little too high. Overall however I would still recommend this company!

Owen did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable.
The price for the work was more expensive than I expected, and based on general research, likely on the high end of the range for the work done. My case was an all inclusive price for the job though, and covered unexpected rerouting of pipes for the hose bib being replaced. Worth it for the expertise and to be free of headaches.
