I normally don't leave reviews, but Eric mentioned there was a friendly review competition going on at his company, so I figured I'd help pump up his tires a little—and honestly, after the service we received, he earned every word of this review.
Eric was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely meticulous, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly rather than simply rushing through the job. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his reputation.
What really stood out was how much knowledge he shared throughout the visit. He gave us several useful plumbing tips and maintenance tricks that most service technicians would never bother explaining. Not only did he solve the immediate problem, but he also helped us understand how to avoid future issues and potentially save money down the road.
The work area was left spotless, communication was excellent, and the final result was exactly what we hoped for. While nobody enjoys spending money on plumbing, the quality of workmanship and service made it feel like money well spent.
So yes, I'm helping Eric in his review competition, but only because he genuinely deserves the support. If every tradesperson cared this much about their craft, homeowners would have a lot fewer headaches. Highly recommended.

Im super happy with the service received through John the Plumber. Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Both visits (removal of kitchen plumbing and the kitchen sink install) were smooth and I appreciated his insight to any questions I had!

I had a very positive experience with John the Plumber. I called the telephone number and made an appointment. Due to outside circumstances, I required a specific window of time, to schedule the appointment. They were very accommodating. Geoff showed up at the scheduled time. He was courteous and took his shoes off, as to not track dirt into my unit. He let me know the cost of the job before he started. He installed the new faucet in a jiffy. He was very diligent about cleaning up his work space. As an added bonus, he took away the old faucet to be recycled. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I would highly recommend John the Plumber.

We had excellent work done by Eric and his apprentice Amir when they replaced our outdoor faucet that was leaking.
They were not even deterred by the pouring rain at the time scheduled. The two were an excellent team and did the work within no time. We were extremely pleased with their service. Thank you! We can confidently refer our friends and family to John the Plumber.

The workers from John the Plumber did such a wondering Job at unplugging the drain connecting our kitchen sink to the laundry room one, after another plumber had attempted to do the work one day before unsuccessfully.
The team that came was awesome , friendly and very helpful to explain the processus of what they were doing and they also gave us ideas on how to take care of the drain ourselves from now on to prevent any blockage for a long time. Many thanks for your kind and successful work!
It certainly makes us feel like referring this company of John the Plumber to others…
