With all honesty, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name) was incredibly professional and kind. She didn’t even charge me for three color copies. Instead, she simply suggested that, if I had some spare change, I could make a small donation. It wasn’t about the money—it was about the exceptional attitude, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer service rather than profit. Experiences like this are rare, and they deserve to be recognized. You’ve earned a loyal customer as of today. Thank you a thousand times for your outstanding service!
Olga and the team at TPH (Slater street) really helped make my event a success. I am from out of town and sent multiple requests to TPH (even at the last minute) and they did their best to accommodate me, even staying open late so I could pick up my print outs for an early morning event the next day. The print outs were great quality and their customer service was fantastic, would recommend their services for your next printing job!
I have been using The Printing House on Slater for several years and cannot recommend them more. They have a wealth of experience with legal document production. I can always rely on the team at the Printing House to get the materials ready, bound, tabbed and ready to go, well within my required timelines. No other document production company compares.
EDIT: After all of that back and forth they gave me poorly printed pink coloured bookmarks to sell to my customers. I printed these bookmarks before at other locations and chose to print with TPH because they offer the print on 16pt paper and it never came out pink. Forget about coming here . inconsistent pricing and untrained staff . I'm a designer myself so I'm used to working with print shops. You need to ask them 21 questions before you get a proper answer due to lack of training and inconsistent information. They don't know how to communicate and explain things properly they expect you to know how their pricing works like you work there or something lol. They will give you a price then when you come back to order they will change the price I had to keep going back and fourth with them this is terrible for a business owner who just wants to get their work printed and leave. If you run a business DON'T come here. If you are looking for a one time print it might be okay but don't depend on these people and of course even though it's their lack of professionalism they will never admit that and somehow its always your fault. Just Wow.
