I ordered a number of items as gifts for visitors from overseas and I'm not only thrilled with the quality of the items purchased, but the customer service was fantastic. I ordered an Elbows Up and one other Canada hat as well as a Keep Canada Free t-shirt from Printwell. We’re going to Europe and wanted to ensure that people knew we were Canadian. I have to say that both the quality of the products and the customer service were excellent!!!!!
The Printwell team always come through! We’ve always had wonderful experiences with them, whether it’s with the staff and the excellent customer service, or the quick delivery of their quality products! They have saved my behind numerous times over the years, with last minute prints for things ranging from my wedding posters, to work props for my event business and t-shirts for my husband’s work, to most recently, a last minute school project my daughter brought to me and that Printwell were able to print out in a few hours! I’ve had the best printing services here. Staples has no where near the delivery time or customer service as this and other small printers charge crazy prices for the same thing Printwell does. I will keep returning to them!
While the woman who works there is very helpful, the owner/managing director Mike is not. He pays no attention to his email despite insisting on having orders sent there, pays no attention to the work and takes no accountability. This order should have been done yesterday, instead I was given a different print entirely in an unusable size. No accountability whatsoever, just more empty words about their "queue" and how we needed to go to the back of the line because THEY made a critical error. The only thing he cared to discuss was whether or not he would be getting paid for the unusable prints. If the quality of your project is important or you are on any kind of timeline, I'd highly recommend finding another printer. Personally, I won't be supporting the man-child running it any further. As I actually value my success and the reputation of my business, I cannot in good faith continue to work with him.
